Installation

 

  • The collector ring is installed on the center pivot irigator frame,consists of rotation part and fixation part.The ro tary structure of rotating part connected device called 'rotor'.The fixed part installed on the bracket of the equip ment,called  'stator'.
  • The 'rotor'is fixed through the G1”threaded hole or the G1/2”threaded hole on the base side.The 'stator'is inst alled on the base through the mounting shaft G1”

◆ Do not operate the device over the rated voltage and current;

◆ Please replace the carbon brush when it is weared more than 1/4 of the original length;

◆ Please grease the injection nozzle regularly to prolong the life of the bearing.
