Company Statement on conflict Minerals Reporting Template Policy(CMRT)

Jan 22, 2026

conflict Minerals refer to metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), copper (Copper), lithium (Lithium), graphite, and tin (Sn), which come from mining areas controlled by non-governmental military groups or illegal military factions in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The illegal mining profits obtained by local military groups are stolen from citizens and cause human rights violations and environmental degradation in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The company strictly adheres to the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct and only purchases materials from environmentally and socially responsible raw material suppliers. And we require our raw material suppliers to conduct commercially reasonable due diligence with their supply chain to ensure that the metals used in the supply of strong raw materials are not extracted from mining areas in conflict zones of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or obtained through illegal smuggling. This statement is hereby made.
